Secure Packaging
Place the timepiece in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and tags, then secure it inside the provided shipping carton.
Insured Shipping
Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master horologists verify the watch's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
